One Pot Creamy Skillet Salmon

A delicious one pot creamy skillet dish featuring salmon and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sear the salmon fillets until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in spinach and let wilt.
  6. Return bacon to the skillet, add lemon juice and paprika, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

  • For added flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice before cooking.
