One Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta

A delicious and creamy one pot pasta dish that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chopped chicken ham to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and pasta. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon.
