  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
