  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in smoked paprika and black pepper.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  5. Stir in the pasta and reduce to a simmer, cooking until pasta is al dente.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, peas, and Parmesan cheese until combined and heated through.
