One-Pot Broccoli Mac and Cheese

A creamy and delicious one-pot recipe that combines broccoli, macaroni, and turkey bacon for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the macaroni and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until al dente.
  3. Stir in the broccoli, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted. Return the bacon and mix well.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
