  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and fold in the blueberries and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and gently stir to combine.
