  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf day-old bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then crumble it into a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the bread cubes and cheese to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
