Peach Prosciutto Pizza

A delicious combination of sweet peaches and salty prosciutto on a crispy pizza base.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Layer the mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  5. Add the sliced peaches and prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle fresh basil.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
