  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Layer cooked turkey bacon and provolone cheese on top, cover, and let melt.
  5. Serve in a hoagie roll and enjoy!
