  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (green or red), sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
  4. Add the chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon back to the skillet.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the provolone cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
