- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (green or red), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
