- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
