  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups diced potatoes

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, combine ground turkey, bacon, onion, potatoes, carrots, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted.
