  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
