  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add pumpkin puree and milk, then mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over the surface.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the butter and roll tightly. Cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool, then drizzle with icing sugar mixed with a little milk.
