- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add pumpkin puree and milk, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over the surface.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the butter and roll tightly. Cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
