- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 instant pudding mix (3.4 ounces) vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping for topping
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup whipped topping until well combined. Spread over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth. Combine the two mixtures and spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
