  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, protein powder, flour, honey, applesauce, and eggs.
  3. Add baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into the mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
