  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and mix well.
  3. Stir in flour and salt, knead until smooth.
