- 1 medium butternut squash
- 2 apples
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
