- 2 cups roasted butternut squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
