Salmon Marinade

A delicious and simple salmon marinade recipe that enhances the natural flavor of the fish.

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and remove the salmon from the marinade.
  5. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
