Salmon Pasta with Green Goddess Pesto

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup green goddess pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the salmon, cooking until flaky.
  3. Remove the salmon and flake into pieces.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, pesto, salmon, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
  5. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
