Salmon Pesto Pasta

  • 1 pound salmon fillet

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan and flake it into chunks.
  5. In the same pan, add the cooked pasta and pesto, mixing until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flaked salmon.
  7. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
