  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples gently. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before slicing.
