- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
