  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the mixture.
