Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the sausage links in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Place a cooked sausage link at one end of each slice of bread and roll it up tightly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Dip each rolled sausage bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s coated on all sides.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and place the rolled bread seam-side down.
