  • 1 package frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the egg mixture with the sausage mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
