- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Add half of the chicken ham on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the ham.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and pour half over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken ham, cheese, and cream mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers.
