  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the ham, half of the onion, and half of the cheese.
  3. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, then pour over the layers.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
