- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Add half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon, then sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients and pour the rest of the cream mixture on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This dish can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrients.
