Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful garlic parmesan potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker, mixing it with the potatoes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
