- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the crust, then return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.
