- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente and drain.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
- Add the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked macaroni, chopped turkey bacon, and diced chicken ham.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
