- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk gradually, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the macaroni, cheese sauce, turkey bacon, and chicken ham in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
