Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl with Garlic Veggies and Steamy Rice

A delicious spicy ground beef stir-fry served with garlic veggies and steaming rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute veggies based on preference.
