Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Twists

A delicious appetizer combining spinach and feta in a flaky pastry.

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach and crumbled feta.
  4. Cut the pastry into strips and fill each strip with spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Twist the strips and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm for best flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
