- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups cooked chicken ham
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chopped onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened.
- Add the cooked chicken ham, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
