- 1 package tater tots
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the tater tots in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Add the crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham on top of the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients.
