  • 23 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until the chicken is done.
  3. Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  4. Add ginger and red chilies, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
