Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
