Ultimate Breakfast Grilled Cheese with Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

A delicious and hearty breakfast option featuring crispy turkey bacon and creamy scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with cheese, bacon, and scrambled eggs between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
  5. Grill in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
