- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
