  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding the taco seasoning per package instructions.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the tortilla chips, followed by the seasoned beef, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, olives, and green onions before serving.
