A delicious and convenient twist on a classic taco dish, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook ground turkey and turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning; stir and cook until heated through.
  3. Layer tortilla chips at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by the turkey mixture.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and diced avocado, and serve with sour cream.

Notes

  • For a spicier option, add jalapeños to the turkey mixture.
  • You can substitute ground turkey with beef if preferred.
