  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
