  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, cooking until they are pink and opaque.
  4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, stirring frequently.
