  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the artichoke mixture in the center of each square.

  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
