- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until well combined.
