  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Add the flour and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
