Basil Parmesan Pasta with Crispy Chicken, Prosciutto, and Arugula

A delicious and flavorful Basil Parmesan Pasta with crispy chicken and turkey bacon, topped with fresh arugula.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, then add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Mix cooked pasta with arugula, Parmesan cheese, and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta mix.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables.
